Title: Limited Gaming Fund Transfers to Other Cash Funds
Joint Budget Committee. Under current law, the state treasurer is required to transfer $15 million from the limited gaming fund to the Colorado travel and tourism promotion fund at the end of each state fiscal year. Beginning in the 2025-26 state fiscal year, the bill reduces the amount of the annual transfer from the limited gaming fund to the Colorado travel and tourism promotion fund to $14 million and requires a new annual transfer of $1 million from the limited gaming fund to the museum and preservation operations account within the state historical fund.
