California - Session 2025-2026
Title: State highways.
Existing law vests the Department of Transportation with full possession and control of the state highway system. Existing law authorizes the department to take various actions to notify the public that a state highway is closed or that its use is restricted. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the latter provision.
