California - Session 2025-2026
Title: Local agencies.
For purposes of specified provisions relating to the common powers of cities and counties, existing law defines the term “local agency” to mean county, city, or city and county, unless the context otherwise requires. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to this provision.
