California - Session 2025-2026
Title: Health and care facilities.
Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of health and care facilities by the State Department of Public Health, the State Department of Social Services, and the State Department of Health Care Services, depending on the type of facility. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to health and care facility operations.
