California - Session 2025-2026
Title: Flood control.
Existing law authorizes certain actions to be taken by cities, counties, or other local agencies to prepare a community within their jurisdiction against flood risk. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact future legislation relating to the protection of disadvantaged communities from flooding.
