An Act relating to specie as legal tender in the state; and relating to borough and city sales and use taxes on specie.

An Act requiring a group supporting or opposing a candidate or ballot proposition in a state or local election to maintain an address in the state; amending campaign contribution disclosure requirements; requiring the disclosure of certain persons who coordinate and aggregate individual campaign contributions; limiting contributions to groups or nongroup entities that make only independent expenditures; requiring certain groups and nongroup entities to register with the Alaska Public Offices Commission as majority-nonresident-funded entities; requiring certain disclosures in communications funded by independent expenditures; relating to disbursement of campaign assets after an election; and providing for an effective date.

Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to whose rights are protected under the Constitution and prohibiting corporate contributions and expenditures in state and local elections.

An Act relating to elections; relating to voters; relating to voting; relating to voter registration; relating to election administration; relating to campaign contributions; relating to write-in candidates for President and Vice-President of the United States; relating to the crimes of unlawful interference with voting in the first degree, unlawful interference with an election, and election official misconduct; relating to voter registration on permanent fund dividend applications; relating to the duties of the commissioner of revenue; and providing for an effective date.

An Act relating to alcohol; relating to local option elections; relating to the statewide database of alcohol purchases; relating to alcohol licenses, endorsements, and permits; relating to municipal regulation and taxation of alcoholic beverages; and providing for an effective date.

Affirming the Alaska State Legislature's commitment to voter privacy, election integrity, and the right to vote; expressing concern regarding disclosure of confidential voter information to the United States Department of Justice; and urging action to protect voters in the state.
