Natural resources; conversion of oil and gas wells into alternative energy facilities authorized; lease of state lands for energy sources by Commissioner of Conservation expanded

Municipalities; business license for certain businesses in the building trade provided for

Nursing facilities, privilege assessments and surcharge on each nursing home bed, sunset clause removed

Emergency medical transport providers assessment, sunset clause removed

Hospitals, private hospital assessment and Medicaid funding program sunset clause removed.

FY27 2% Teacher Pay Raise and Retiree Longevity Bonus

Individual income taxes, to allow an exclusion from gross income for contributions to Trump Accounts and to make permanent the exclusion for amounts paid by an employer on any qualified education loan.

Income tax, to exempt certain income earned by members of the Alabama National Guard

Living organ donors; to prohibit discrimination in obtaining insurance coverage, provide paid medical leave for public employees who donate organs and a tax credit to private sector employers that provide similar paid leave to their employees
