A Representative from Minnesota. Born in West Helena, Phillips County, Arkansas, on February 14, 1972. Graduated from Nettleton High School, Jonesboro, Ark. B. A. , University of Memphis, Memphis, Tenn. , 1994. Journalist. Healthcare company manager. Unsuccessful candidate for election to the One Hundred Fifteenth Congress in 2016. Elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Sixteenth and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2019-present).
