makes conspiracy to commit bank robbery an offense under the federal bank robbery statute, which means violations carry a maximum prison term of up to 20 years;
broadens the scope of prohibited conduct under the federal carjacking statute and increases statutory maximum penalties for offenses; and
establishes enhanced criminal penalties for certain federal drug offenses involving the manufacture or distribution of candy-flavored controlled substances or similar products for minors.
