Summary

Amends part D (Child Support and Establishment of Paternity) of title IV of the Social Security Act to authorize the Secretary of State to waive certain travel restrictions for an individual otherwise subject to them, if the Secretary determines that it is appropriate to allow such individual to travel outside the United States for employment to pay child support arrearages.
