Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 2011, the temporary reduction of duty on mixtures of sodium-2-chloro-6-[(4,6 dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)thio]benzoate (CAS No. 123343-16-8) and application adjuvants (Pyrithiobac-sodium).
