Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on (5-cyclopropyl-4-isoxazolyl)[2-(methylsulfonyl)-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]methoanone (Isoxaflutole).
