Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 3-Phenoxybenzyl (1RS,3RS;1RS,SR) -3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl) -2,2dimethylcyclopropane carboxylate (Permethrin).
