To amend the Act entitled "An Act to establish the Kalaupapa National Historical Park in the State of Hawaii, and for other purposes", to facilitate the purposes of that Act.
Eliminates the requirement that lands, waters, and interests outside the boundaries of national parks that are acquired by the Secretary of the Interior for exchange for lands within Kalaupapa National Historical Park owned by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands must be within the State of Hawaii.
