American Renewed Diplomacy Act of 2001 - Terminates unilateral sanctions imposed on foreign countries. Declares that the Secretary of State may not prohibit the use of U.S. passports for travel to foreign countries. Directs the President to begin discussions and negotiations to establish full diplomatic relations with the government of any nation with which the United States does not maintain such relations and with any other governmental entities.
