Business owner. Unsuccessful candidate for election to the One Hundred Eleventh Congress in 2008. Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Twelfth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2011-January 3, 2017). Was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Fifteenth Congress in 2016. Died on March 15, 2020, in Oneida County, New York.
