A Representative from Virginia. Born in Rowan County, N. C. , June 29, 1950. Graduated from Kecoughtan High School, Hampton, Va. , 1968. Attended Hampton Roads Business College, Hampton Roads, Va. Business owner. Member of the Virginia state general assembly, 1997-2001. Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Seventh and to the three succeeding Congresses, (January 3, 2001-October 6, 2007). Died on October 6, 2007, in Gloucester County, Va. Interment at Bellamy United Methodist Church Cemetery, Bellamy, Va.
